Privacy and cookies
This policy explains the information used to operate the portfolio, respond to enquiries, protect the website and—only with your permission—measure engagement or load translation.
Essential storage supports website security, Laravel sessions, form protection, theme preferences and remembering your cookie choices. These functions cannot be disabled through the cookie panel because the website may not work correctly without them.
When you allow analytics, the website may record genuine page visits and interactions such as opening a project, clicking an email or WhatsApp link, or starting the contact form. Analytics preferences can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Google Translate is loaded only when translation is allowed or when you deliberately choose another language and approve translation. Google may then set functional cookies needed to remember and deliver the selected language.
Limited technical records may still be retained without optional analytics consent when they are necessary to operate and protect the website. This includes recognised bots, suspicious requests, failed paths and automated probes for WordPress, PHP, environment or other exploit locations.
When you send an enquiry, the site stores the name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, selected service, indicative budget, timeline, subject and message you provide. Source and campaign information may also be retained when present in the page URL.
Contact submissions are assessed using a honeypot field, submission timing, frequency, duplicate-content checks, known abusive senders, message patterns and reCAPTCHA. Messages assessed as spam are quarantined and do not generate normal email notifications. Ordinary commercial words such as “price” are not automatically rejected.
Legitimate enquiries may generate an email notification to the configured portfolio contact address. The enquiry remains stored in the application even if the email notification cannot be delivered.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, administer the portfolio, understand permitted engagement, prevent abuse and maintain security. It is not sold to advertisers. Records are retained only while useful for communication, administration, analysis or security and may be deleted by the administrator.
